Ultimate Blog Party 2011

Ultimate Blog Party 2011

Welcome Ultimate Blog Partiers! I'm coming in a little fashionably late for the party. Somehow, April 1st snuck (or is it sneaked) up on me before I knew it. Oh well, better late than never, right? (at least that's what I tell my kids when we're late for tae kwon do or church-again).

I'm terrible with introductions, but here it goes.

My name is Tiffany. I've been married to my husband, Daniel, for nearly 15 years. We were only 18 when we got married and 20 when we had our first child. Life has been crazy for the past 15 years, but we wouldn't trade it for anything.

I was an elementary school teacher for 8 1/2 years. I taught 2nd grade, 1st grade, Kindergarten, and PreK. In November of 2009, after some issues with my son in PreK, I left my job to become a stay at home mom. I homeschooled my son for the rest of the school year last year and decided this year to bring all the kids home. Some days the transition has been difficult, but I believe this is what God wants for our family and it will all turn out for the best.

I write mostly about our family. With four kids aged 12 (she'll be 13 in two weeks!), 10, 7, and 5 I have plenty of material.

While you're here, feel free to check out some of my other posts. Leave a comment and let me know you were here so I can stop by your place and party too. Oh, and if you'd like to become a follower, that would make my day!

Have a great time at the UBP11! Can't wait to meet some new friends!

Hi Tiffany! I was a little late to the party as well... that's alright... isn't it a rule to be fashionably late? ;) I also married my high school sweetheart at 18! We are only 21 now, but have a sweet one year old! It's fun to find others with similar stories! Nice to "meet" you!
