Five Question Friday!!! Hooray!

My Little Life
I am loving Five Question Friday! If you'd like to participate or read other FQF posts, head over to Mama M.'s fabulous blog. You'll love it too!

So here are this week's questions:

1. Have you ever had a celeb sighting?

Not really. One time my friend and I convinced ourselves that we saw Joey from New Kids on the Block working at Six Flags, but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't him.

2. What temperature do you keep your house?

(Let me preface this answer by saying that in our current house, the utilities are included in the rent. When we move I'm pretty sure things will change a bit)
In the winter, we tend to keep it somewhere around 75ish, a little higher first thing in the morning then turn it down once everyone's up and moving.
In the summer, probably around 65ish. We live in a mobile home and it gets rather warm inside this tin can. The only place it is really 65 is right at the thermostat. The closer you get to the walls and windows, the hotter it gets.

3. Do you notice dust at other peoples homes?

I honestly don't notice. Dust doesn't really bother me (except sometimes it gets my allergies going). I do notice, though, when someone has things piled on the counters/tables. Not in a judgmental way though. Usually I think "Yea! I'm not the only one!"

4. What's the worst job you ever had?

I think it's a toss up between the summer before I got married when I babysat for 4 monster children and the job I had right before that one when I worked for KFC. The oldest monster child on my first day of babysitting told me he was going to tie me to a tree and set me on fire (I think he was 5 or 6). One evening when I was over there and had the kids outside, all the other neighborhood parents decided to send their children over too while they went out. I had about 20 children-most of them I had never seen before. I tried to send them home, but they said "my mom went to the store. She said to stay here with you."
KFC was just all around bad. The hours were bad, the boss was bad, the coworkers were bad. Can't really come up with one example. It was just bad. (Did I mention that it was BAD????ha!)

5. What is your most sentimental possession?

When my dad passed away, my mom ordered me a necklace that has his thumbprint on it. I love it!

But it could have been Joey! And, since he was always my fave, I would have convinced myself it was him too!

Hopping over from Mama M. Happy Friday!
